Local marketing idea for therapists

Sometimes the best way to get therapy clients is to get offline.

I was reminded of this while on vacation in California last week when I saw a flyer at a local coffee shop (shout out to Fullerton Community Counseling).

Flyers and posters are easy to make. Canva has a lot of great templates and you can print them at your local FedEx.

There are services that will even post them around town for you.

When I was at the Gottman Institute in Seattle, we used a company called Keep Posted that had very reasonable prices. I recommend looking for something similar in your area.

You can also drop off flyers and business cards with referral sources (e.g. doctors, lawyers) in your community.

I shared more offline marketing ideas here.
