How to be a guest on podcasts

Have you ever wanted to be a guest on a podcast?

Reach out to the podcast host via email or social media and focus your pitch on the value you can provide to their audience, not just your credentials. Here’s an example:

“Hi [podcast host], I loved your episode with [recent guest] where you talked about [topic]. I particularly enjoyed [detail from the episode]. My name is [your name] and I’m [brief bio]. I’d love to come on the podcast to talk about [your area of expertise], which I think your audience would find valuable.”
