Avoid dead ends in your customer journey

Have you ever thought about your customer journey?

According to HubSpot, a customer journey is “the series of interactions a customer has with a brand, product, or business as they become aware of a pain point and make a purchase decision."

Let’s say a potential client first hears about you on social media. Or they’re referred by their doctor. Or they find your website on Google.

What’s next? What action do you want them to take?

Is it to read your content? Book a consultation call? Schedule an intake session?

One of the biggest marketing mistakes I see therapists make is creating a dead end in their customer journey. It’s not clear how to move forward.

If there’s too much friction in the experience, clients will go somewhere else.
