Build a waitlist

You’re familiar with the concept of a waitlist. You may have one for your therapy practice.

A waitlist is also a great way to validate demand for a new product or service.

If you’re thinking about creating a course or offering consulting services, start by building a waitlist. Use a Google Form or Typeform. Share it on social media or circulate with your network by email.

If a critical mass of people sign up, then you’ve validated the demand for what you’re offering and you already have a list of potential customers.

But if no one signs up, then you can save yourself time building something no one will buy.
