Stop doing random acts of marketing

A lot of therapists do random acts of marketing.

It feels like you’re doing something, but there’s no real strategy.

It makes it difficult to be consistent

Follow a marketing plan instead. It doesn’t need to be complicated.

For example:

  • Post on social media three times a week

  • Publish a blog post once a week

  • Send a newsletter once a month

  • Meet with another therapist once a month

  • Attend a networking event once a quarter

  • Audit and update your website once a year

It’s less about what you do and more about the intention in which you do it.
