How to overcome common limiting beliefs

Limiting beliefs hold you back as a practice owner.

Three of the most common ones are imposter syndrome, scarcity mindset, and perfectionism.

Imposter syndrome feels like you’re not qualified enough or good enough when, in reality, every therapist is figuring it out as they go. Some are just better at hiding it. Lean into the discomfort.

Scarcity mindset shows up when you feel like you can’t say no to an opportunity or client because you don’t want to miss out. Embrace an abundance mindset instead. More opportunities will present themselves.

Finally, perfectionism feels like you can’t launch something until every detail is right. It slows you down. Just hit publish.
