What clients care about
One of the biggest marketing mistakes I see therapists make is talking about themselves instead of talking to their ideal client.
The harsh truth is that when someone is looking for a therapist, they don’t really care about you. They care about whether you can help them.
Use language they can understand. Not clinical jargon.
Your website and directory profiles should answer the following questions:
Who do you help?
What do you help them achieve?
How do you help them?
It will resonate a lot more than your degrees, training, and certifications.
