According to my friend Derek Flanzraich, who built Greatist into the largest health site on the Internet for millennials, the key to content marketing is to find the “unique consistent value” that you can deliver to your audience.

Here’s what that means for therapists.

  • Unique: How is this different from what other therapists are doing?

  • Consistent: At what regular frequency are you doing it?

  • Value: How does this create real worth for your ideal client?

He uses the example of National Geographic. With more than 170 million followers, they have one of the most popular accounts on Instagram and all they post are beautiful nature photos.
