Prioritize tasks with this mental model
If you struggle to prioritize tasks, here’s a mental model you may find helpful called the “Eisenhower Matrix."
Is it urgent and important? Do it now.
Is it not urgent and important? Decide when to do it later.
Is it urgent and not important? Delegate it.
Is it not urgent and not important? Don’t do it.
Marketing usually falls into the Important/Not Urgent category, which is why it’s critical to schedule time to do it.
Otherwise, it doesn’t get done.
